South Staffordshire College’s Equine Department at Rodbaston College are looking for Working Livery Horses for September 2021.
If you are struggling to find enough time to exercise or look after your horse, working livery may be the answer you are looking for.
If your horse is 15hh+, safe & sensible, working at prelim/novice level, jumping a course of up to 80/90cms or a competition horse looking for a quieter life, then they are exactly what we are looking for!
In return, we can offer:
- Full livery, including bedding & hay or haylage
- Exercised by students and staff
- Work programme to suit each individual horses needs
- Supervision by experienced & qualified equestrian staff
- Regular shoeing programme
- Use of facilities:
- 30 x 60m indoor arena
- 20 x 60m covered outdoor arena
- 20 x 50m outdoor arena
- Horse walker/hot wash box
- XC schooling paddock
- Daily turn out available all year round
- Regular hacking by students and staff
- Options for DIY/full livery during holidays
