South Staffordshire College develops industry partnership with Beeswift
June 2026
South Staffordshire College is strengthening its industry partnerships through a new collaboration with Beeswift, a leading UK distributor of branded workwear, including JCB Workwear.
The partnership has been marked by the donation of workwear, personal protective equipment and safety supplies, which will support animal keepers within the colleges on-site zoo Rodbaston Animal Zone.
Beeswift, who supply workwear through established trade distributors rather than selling directly to customers, provided the equipment as part of a wider transition in its product displays, brand and showroom following a site relocation.
Will Sibley, Curriculum Manager for Animal Care said “Its been really good to work alongside the guys at Beeswift to understand how we can use apparel to improve inclusivity but still ensure learners and staff have safe PPE”.
As part of the developing relationship, Rodbaston Animal Zone has also been selected as the location for Beeswift’s next catalogue photoshoot. The specialist facilities and unique setting will provide an authentic backdrop for showcasing new product ranges, while creating further opportunities for real world industry engagement.
James Fellows Head of Marketing for Beeswift and JCB Workwear commented, “We are proud to support the college’s staff with access to high-quality workwear, helping ensure they have the right equipment to deliver hands-on, practical teaching across such a diverse range of courses.”
