Hairdressing and Barbering
If you fancy a career in hairdressing or barbering, then you have the opportunity to be a part of the fast-moving industry. Hairdressers/barbers love their work and gain a sense of fulfilment when working with the public.
As well as a national recognised qualification in hairdressing you will also develop skills and achieve qualifications in English and maths. Training will take place in our well equipped, and modern salons with instruction from our highly skilled team.
You will learn practical skills by working on block heads and classmates, before moving on to paying clients in our real working salon.

Key information
Depending on location and job role you can earn anything from an apprenticeship wage (£3.90) to at least £8.21 per hour. If you are you are self-employed you can earn £100 + per hour.
There is a predicted job growth of 7.2% in the West Midlands over the next 3 years.
