As well as achieving a nationally recognised qualification you will also develop skills and achieve qualifications in English and maths. Training and real-life service will take place in our well-equipped kitchen and restaurant with instruction from our highly skilled team.
Our courses give you the skills, knowledge and behaviours you need to work across a range of sectors in catering and Hospitality.
You will be required to purchase a kit and uniform, details of which will be provided at interview.
In addition to your course you will be expected to complete work experience within the hospitality and catering industry.
You don’t just need to have left school to become an apprentice, we have apprenticeship offers for all ages and are a great way for adults to retrain for a new career. Whatever destination you’ve set your sights on, an apprenticeship will help you get there.
