With statistics currently showing that 2/3rds of adults in our region are overweight and ¼ obese, this leads to an increase in employment opportunities for those with a passion for sport and fitness. Exciting opportunities are available with our courses just being the start of the journey.
As well as achieving a nationally recognised qualification within the sporting industry you will develop skills in presenting, instructing groups and coaching as well as qualifications in maths and English. Delivery will be in our industry standard gym facility, on our sports specific field as well as on site from highly skilled staff.
You will be taught across both theory sessions and a range of practical activities to promote academic knowledge and employability skills and assessed across a range of methods from written pieces to practical observation.
A kit is required to be purchased upon successful enrolment on the course.

As an adult, we understand you may feel uneasy about returning to education, but there is no need to be. We have smaller class sizes and supportive tutors to make you feel very welcome.
