Alfred’s is our professional training restaurant at Tamworth College, offering a high‑quality dining experience while giving catering and hospitality students the opportunity to learn in a real restaurant environment.

Open to the public, Alfred’s welcomes staff, students and members of the local community to enjoy great food while supporting practical, hands‑on learning.

Every dish is prepared by our catering students and served by our hospitality students, all working to industry standards under the guidance of experienced professionals. The result is delicious food, attentive service and an authentic restaurant experience.

Catering students design and prepare fresh dishes using quality ingredients, combining classic favourites with modern techniques. Menus change regularly, giving students the opportunity to develop a wide range of culinary skills and giving guests something new to enjoy each visit.
