Workplace Learning

Our courses are workplace‑based, which means you must already be employed in the health and social care industry when you apply.

There is no need for college attendance as you will take part in self-directed study at home, with assessments, observations, and support arranged flexibly around your shifts and free time, making it an ideal way to learn while continuing to work in care.

The assessor will visit you monthly at your workplace to check on your progress, so your employer will need to allow our assessor access to visit you in your setting.

As an adult, we understand you may feel uneasy about returning to education, but there is no need to be. We have smaller class sizes and supportive tutors to make you feel very welcome.
