    Interactive classroom sessions will include case studies, role plays, and collaborative activities that simulate workplace scenarios. These experiences will help you apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings and better understand how People Management principles operate in real-life environments.

  • English and maths

    It would be advantageous for the learner to have a good level of English and maths at Level 2 or above to ensure that they feel able to manage the expectations of the course. Learners can access our fast-track courses for English and maths here.

    Course specific:

    • English – Learners will continue to develop English skills throughout this course through verbal and written tasks as well as research and reading to develop personal academic written skills.
    • Maths – Learners will continue to develop their maths skills through analytics.
  • Other important information

    You will be supported throughout your journey by an approved CIPD tutor.

    This course is blended delivery through a mix of face-to-face delivery, online tutorials and guided distance learning.

    On successful enrolment you will have access to online resources, CIPD materials and college platforms to enable you to independently access resources you need to complete assessment tasks.

    Sessions will take place Thursday evenings, 5pm –8pm.
