We are committed to providing a high-quality service. In order to do this we need you to give us any comments about our service, and to tell us when we get things right and wrong.

The purpose of this procedure is to ensure that all comments, compliments and complaints are used as a key aspect of quality improvement as they provide opportunities to identify strengths and weaknesses within college systems. It also enables the college to systematically receive feedback on customer perceptions of services provided.

Lets us know when we are getting things right. Any compliment received is shared with the relevant person or department. Compliments can help us share good practice and improve services.

We very much welcome and seek your comments in order to assist us in continually developing and improving our college.

If you are not happy with a service then you have the right to complain and be listened to. We will do all we can to resolve your complaint promptly and effectively. In the instance you need to make a formal complaint please use this formal complaint form.
