Dr Xihui (Haviour) Chen is an Associate Professor in Accounting and Finance at Keele Business School (KBS), Keele University, UK. She also serves as Deputy Director of Education at KBS, with strategic responsibility for learning and teaching, quality assurance, and accreditation processes, including AACSB, AMBA-BGA, and EQUIS.
Her research expertise lies in corporate governance, sustainable finance, and green innovation, with a particular focus on financial systems, corporate accountability, and environmental reporting.
