Jan Gormley

Jan Gormley is Deputy Principal at Queen Alexandra College (QAC), a specialist 16–25 education provision. She has worked across Staffordshire in post-compulsory education since 1997 and brings extensive experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), post-16 education, and organisational leadership. Jan has a strong track record in leading growth and improvement, including successfully preparing organisations for inspection and acting as nominee during Ofsted inspections.

She is committed to delivering inclusive, high-quality education for young people with additional needs. She has also held governance roles as a Special Educational Needs Governor at secondary level and as Chair of Governors within a local primary Multi-Academy Trust.
