    You must have a Level 2 regulated qualification in animal care OR at least 12 months’ experience working in the animal care industry. You must have a paid or voluntary receptionist role within a veterinary practice to achieve the practical aspect of this course.

    The course is assessed through online multiple-choice tests and practical portfolio evidence.

    Learners should refresh their knowledge through CPD every three years to stay up to date.
