    The course builds upon the Level 2 Award in Principles of First Aid for Cats and Dogs and the Level 3 Award in Canine First Aid, offering advanced knowledge of canine emergency response. You will learn to manage emergency situations in a workplace, assess canine injuries and conditions, and apply advanced first aid techniques in real-life scenarios.

  • Required qualifications

    You must be at least 18 years old.

    You must have achieved one of the following:

    • iPET Network Level 3 Award in Canine Emergency First Aid
    • Accredited Canine First Aid course
    • Dog Grooming Diplomas that include First Aid (City & Guilds, OCNWM, or iPET Network Level 3)
    • Veterinary or Veterinary Nursing-related qualification

  • What skills will I develop?
