Summer
The Animal Zone is home to 750 species, has an outdoor picnic area, indoor tea room selling hot and cold refreshments, keeper talks, craft room and a shop for pocket money treats.
It’s the start of summer here at the Animal Zone and we will be open every day until August 31st! 🌞
As well as seeing all our amazing animals, you can complete our new Dino Trail around the zone, hear from our staff and see our animals be fed in our daily keeper talks, take part in kids crafts, get a bite to eat in our Visitor Centre, and enjoy lots of affordable family fun! For the first couple of weeks, we also have some ‘Mini Explorer’ activities where the little ones can meet some of our animals including minibeasts, ferrets and tortoises!

🎟️ Our admission prices are £9 for adults, £6 for children and concessions, and under 3’s can enter for FREE – there is no need to pre-book tickets as you just pay on arrival either by card or cash
