🎅 Meet Santa Claus

Book your ticket and visit Santa and his animal friends in Santa’s grotto! Santa tickets are free, admission prices to the Animal Zone on the day apply and you will pay this on arrival. Only one Santa ticket per family/group is required so that you can all visit Santa together.

Choose a time slot that best suits your day and you will meet with Santa on a first come, first served basis during that time. Santa and his elves can’t wait to see you! Book here.

📮 Want to bring a letter with you when you visit Santa at the Animal Zone? You are more than welcome! You can either bring your letter with you on the day, download one here or there will also be a station in our craft room for children to write a letter to Santa and put it in the post box.

🎨 Colouring competition

Enter our colouring competition any day that we are open in December! You can collect a colouring sheet at the Animal Zone or download one below and drop into the Animal Zone to enter the competition. The winner will be announced on our social media. Terms and conditions can be found here.

🎄 Christmas Trail

Follow the Christmas trail around the Animal Zone! Find all of the hidden elves, write down their location and if you successfully complete the trail, head over to the Visitor Centre reception to collect your certificate!

Collect a trail sheet from the Visitor Centre or print one off and bring it with you here.

😊 Craft Room

Our craft room (AC1) will be open in December for writing a letter to Santa, to do some colouring and lots more fun crafts and activities!

🎁 Keeper talks

During our Christmas event at the Animal Zone will be festive themed for guests and include festive enrichment for our animals.
