Enrolment for September 2026

In the tables below, you will find the dates and times of targeted enrolment for all courses at South Staffordshire College.

All students will need to come in and enrol in person including:

• New students
• Progressing students e.g. Level 2 to Level 3
• Returning students e.g. Level 3 Year 1 to Level 3 Year 2

You will need to bring your exam results with you, as well as a form of ID such as a birth certificate or passport, and your national insurance number.

If you are enrolling onto an adult course that has a cost, you will also need to bring a form of payment with you or proof of an Adult Learner Loan.

Open Enrolment

We appreciate that some learners may not be able to attend their scheduled enrolment day/time due to holidays. If you are unable to attend your allocated enrolment appointment, you are welcome to attend one of our ‘Open Enrolment’ sessions at your chosen campus. If you haven’t already applied, or have applied and not heard back from us, you are also more than welcome to attend these drop-in sessions.

Where possible, we recommend attending your allocated appointment time, as this is designed to help you complete your enrolment as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Please note that open enrolment sessions are expected to be particularly busy due to targeted enrolment activities also taking place during this period. As a result, you may experience longer waiting times, so please allow extra time for your visit.
