  • Is this course for you?

    An introduction to basic bushcraft and outdoor skills including fire lighting, knife skills and woodland cooking. Great for a day out or to build on existing skills, set in our wonderful woodland here on the Rodbaston Estate.

  • Required qualifications

    None.

  • What skills will I develop?

    Safe fire lighting – with and without matches!

    Safe use of knives to assist in woodland survival, fire sticks and camp-ware.

    Basic foraging and species identification.

  • Other important information

    • Cost – £100
    • Date – Saturday 11th June, 9am to 4pm
    • Wear rough clothing and bring water proofs
    • Bring packed lunch/flask/something to cook on a fire (think BBQ!)
