    Looking for a career change? Like fast paced environments? Working towards and achieving targets? Warehouse operations could be the career for you. Prepare for a career on our short introductory course to develop your understanding of all Warehouse and logistical operations that happen day to day. Develop your knowledge on different roles within an organisation and prepare yourself for interviews and applying for vacancies with our supportive tutors.

  • Required qualifications

    No formal qualifications are required, a good level of English and maths with initial assessments and enrichment sessions available.

  • What skills will I develop?

    • You will develop you understanding of Health & safety practices
    • Meeting targets and deadlines
    • Manual handling
    • Different roles within warehouse and logistics
    • Supply chain awareness and handling goods and equipment

  • Careers

    Receiver, loader, machine operator, material handler, warehouse clerk, supply chain, production scheduling, forklift operator, receiving associate.

  • English and maths

    Develop your digital and ICT skill competency, complete initial assessments in English and maths, and utilise trained staff to support enrichment sessions where required.

  • Other important information

    Support during CV workshops and writing cover letters. Applying for vacancies and completing application forms. Interview preparation and 1:1 Digital, English and math’s support. Engage with local employers in the area. Sit Health & safety mock exams to prepare you for any company in-house training in future employment.
