South Staffordshire College celebrated as one of the UK’s most diverse and inclusive employers in 2025

South Staffordshire College has once again been recognised as one of the UK’s most inclusive employers, ranking 35th in the National Centre for Diversity’s Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers 2025. This achievement makes South Staffordshire College the highest-ranked college in Staffordshire and the West Midlands for diversity and inclusion.
The National Centre for Diversity’s Top 100 Inclusive UK Employers Index celebrates companies that demonstrate Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion, and Engagement (FREDIE) within their workplaces.
