Roger started his agricultural career in 1983 with day release classes leading to full time study at Staffordshire College of Agriculture.
Roger strongly believes that vocational education creates opportunities and is all too easily taken for granted. The practical organised approach to agricultural initially gained at Rodbaston shaped his career path. It Started a journey where he has gained a wealth of industry knowledge, including working for several major businesses serving agriculture in the UK and Northern Europe.
He lives and works in the county as a Membership Development Manager for a farmer controlled cooperative, FRAMFARMERS who operate a buying group for farmers nationally.
