Nikki is a Diversity & Inclusion expert and a committed advocate for the advancement of D&I with 18 years leadership and experience providing vision, strategy and operational execution across multiple organisations with diverse missions in the public sector including a local MBC Council, West Midlands Police, and transformational roles in a local Primary Care Trust.
As Associate Director for RSM UK, Nikki draws on her expertise and leadership skills to help clients embed D&I within their organizational culture, with a particular focus on advancing The RACE Equality Code for over 50 organisations in the private, public and voluntary sector.
Nikki has experience in understanding board effectiveness and corporate governance and has delivered Effective Board Member Programmes which have been delivered across the world in partnership with organisations including the Association of Corporate Governance Practitioners (ACGP), The Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA), The Football Association (FA), Edinburgh Napier University, The Professional Cricketers’ Association (PCA), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and RSM UK.
