When enrolling on this course, you will develop an in-depth look and insight into what is meant by ‘Mental Health’ and ‘Mental Health Problems’. One in four British adults experiences at least one mental health problem each year. The most common is mixed anxiety and depression, but there are so many other issues, which have a huge impact on a person’s life and the people around them. This is why this course is essential for people to study, as almost everyone will be affected by a mental health problem at some point in their life.

The qualification is suitable for anyone who wishes to increase their knowledge of mental health problems, the factors that cause mental ill-health and the ways that mental health problems can be managed.
