In this comprehensive cake decorating course, students will learn the art of decorating cakes using different mediums including buttercream, chocolate, sugarpaste, marzipan, and flowerpaste. Buttercream skills are taught from September to December, sugarpaste and marzipan skills are taught from January to April, and sugarpaste flower skills are taught from May to July. This course is designed for beginners and intermediate cake decorators who want to expand their skills and create beautiful and professional-looking cakes.
Throughout the course, students will receive hands-on instruction and guidance from an experienced cake decorator. They will have the opportunity to practice their skills and create their own designs under the supervision of their instructor. By the end of the course, students will have gained a solid foundation in cake decorating and be able to create stunning and unique cakes using a range of mediums.
