Futures & Cross College Supported Learning (CCSL)

Within the SEND supported learning pathway at SSC we offer provision for learners with wide-ranging learning difficulties and disabilities, ensuring that anyone and everyone has the opportunity to education and to progress towards their chosen career or independence development aspiration.

There has been a steady rise (6-12% increase annually) in the number of young people with SEND over the last several years. These young people are now becoming 16-19+ and progressing/transitioning out of statutory education settings. This has seen the increased need for FE providers to offer a wide variety of inclusive and adaptive curriculum to meet the broad and wide-ranging need of these individuals. Welcome to SEND @ SSC.
