We require this information to understand your needs, provide focused information based on your interests, and provide you with a better service. In particular the following reasons:

  • Internal record keeping.
  • We may use the information to improve our products and services.
  • If you join our mailing list we may periodically send you promotional emails from SSC about new courses, special offers, competitions or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. We may use a 3rd party service for delivering and managing emailing lists who abide by the appropriate privacy laws.
  • We will use the information you provide to send you details on the areas of interest you have specified, or more general information about the college based on your request. We may contact you by email, social media, phone, fax or mail.
  • In the case of applications or enrolments, we may pass details onto appropriate third parties (e.g. Entrust) to ensure you are supported fully with health, learning, funding and other support needs.
