  • Required qualifications

    For the 10-week Singing for Wellbeing programme you do not need any specific qualifications or prior experience in singing. The course is designed to be accessible to individuals of all skill levels, from complete beginners to more experienced singers. As long as participants have a willingness to learn, explore, and engage in vocal exercises and group singing activities, they are welcome to join the course.

    The emphasis of this program is on personal growth, self-discovery, and the therapeutic benefits of singing rather than formal qualifications or achievements. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their vocal skills, build confidence as singers and performers, and connect with others in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

  • What skills will I develop?

    Throughout the 6 weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a range of skills that contribute to both your musical abilities and your overall wellbeing. Here are some of the key skills you can expect to cultivate:
