    Horticulture is still a growing industry and with sustainability and mental well being becoming evermore important this industry is thriving and providing opportunities for all to benefit the communities they live in.

    Horticulture is a key area for growth in the future as the need for more sustainable lifestyles and living spaces becomes important both nationally and internationally. Jobs are set to increase in all sectors of this profession from gardeners, landscapers and designers through to production assistants and field scale growers.

  • Required qualifications

    No formal qualifications are required but a keen interest in the subject is a must!

  • What skills will I develop?

    This course is designed to allow learners to develop a wide range of skills that are both practical and theoretical in nature. Whether you are a keen amateur or looking to further develop existing skills and experience this part time course leads to a nationally recognised qualification and is studied both in side and outside the classroom at our beautiful Rodbaston Estate with its walled garden, formal garden and glass houses.
