This course delivered online or face to face develops new skills or refreshes current skills to support or enhance your current job role.
You will achieve a nationally recognised qualification which will equip you to be a successful leader and manager, developing skills in topics such as, solving problems and making decisions, understanding leadership, leading and motivating a team and understanding performance management. Sessions will be delivering using a combination of individual and group work, including discussions, case studies, presentations, debates, research, workshops and tutorials.
You will be taught through a combination of classroom and online delivery with supportive 1 to 1 tutorials sessions with our qualified, industry experienced team, that will ensure you progress through the programme.
