    The CACHE Level 2 certificate in principles of care planning will introduce you the principles and best practice of person-centred care planning and the values that underpin the planning process, the role of the care worker in the planning process and further agencies and sources for support. Develop further understanding of promoting positive hygiene practices and providing the best nutrition and hydration for service users.

    To fulfil this course it is ideal that you are working in a care role, either within the community, domiciliary care, care home or a hospital.
