    The CACHE Level 2 certificate in principles of care planning will introduce you the principles and best practice of person-centred care planning and the values that underpin the planning process, the role of the care worker in the planning process and further agencies and sources for support.     To fulfil this course it is ideal that you are working in a care role, either within the community, domiciliary care, care home or a hospital.
