    In a world where technology is moving very quickly, this course is essential for you to understand how easily our data as consumers or employers can be illegally accessed.

    This is a really good informative course that highlights the important changes in legislation due to the update in the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018. This legislation now affects how organisations collect, record, store and dispose of data. It is now everyone’s responsibility both employer and employee to abide by these rules.

It also informs individuals of their new rights of being informed, access, rectification, erasure, restricting processing, data portability, objection and automated decision making.
