  • Is this course for you?

    Are you in a position whereby you manage a team at work? Or perhaps you would like a better understanding of how to support others with their mental health?

    This course offers a wonderful overview of varying aspects of mental health, and ways to support and promote positive mental health whilst in the workplace and other environments.

  • Required qualifications

    No qualifications are required, but a good standard of English is necessary in order to read information and answer questions.

  • What skills will I develop?

    In a professional capacity, an understanding of workplace legislation regarding mental health and how to support and signpost individuals within your team. There are also a range of insights into various symptoms and signs of a number of mental health conditions which will allow you to help those around you, should they ever display any symptoms.

  • Careers

    You can progress onto a level 3 qualification, and be more aware of mental health within your workplace.

  • English and maths

    You will understand a range of new terminology, and complete comprehension tasks.
