Employer Description: Experienced bottled water producer with over 50 years in the bottling industry.

Vacancy Location: Wood End Lane, Fradley, Lichfield, WS13 8EL

Working Week: 8am – 5pm 5 days a week (changing to shift work after 3 months)


  • Level 3 Extended Diploma in Mechanical Manufacturing Engineering
  • Level 3 Diploma in Engineering Technology
  • Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT to Level 2
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities.


Vacancy Type: Advanced Apprenticeship

Duration: 3 years

Skills:  All necessary skills will be learnt on the job.

Personality: Strong character, confident and physically fit.

Qualifications: English, Maths and ICT grades A*-C (4-9) or equivalent would be an advantage.

Future Prospects: On completion of a successful apprenticeship a permanent position will be offered as a multi skilled engineer.

Things to Consider: Manufacturing is a fast paced environment and you could be on your feet for long periods of time. You need to not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
