South Staffordshire College saves the day

South Staffordshire College has come to the rescue of a couple from Hednesford.

Lynne Holmes and Mark Keeling booked their dream wedding and were looking forward to their special day until they received the news that the venue, Weston Hall, they had chosen was unlikely to be able to accommodate them.

With very little time to find another venue, Lynne and Mark were a little despondent until they contacted the newly refurbished Rodbaston Hall in the grounds of South Staffordshire College’s Rodbaston Campus.

‘We were so disappointed when our first venue fell through but once we saw this wonderful building, we felt it was fate that led us to Rodbaston Hall,’ said Lynne.  ‘We were especially impressed by the extensive landscaped gardens where a family of peacocks roams freely.  The staff were really helpful and managed to accommodate the date and our plans for the day.  The wedding is now only weeks away and we are both excited to have our wedding at Rodbaston.’
