English as a foreign language
We welcome students from outside the United Kingdom, and can help to arrange accommodation with a local family. We can also provide specialist tuition in English as a Foreign Language, leading to an internationally recognised qualification.
Help and advice for our international students
When you arive from another country, there are lots of things you will need to know about everything from travel and accommodation arrangements, to visas and finance. Fees and Awards for students from outside the UK
Whether a student is regarded as from ‘home' or from ‘overseas' for fee-paying purposes is determined in accordance with the UK Education (Fees and Awards) Regulations 1997.
Students from European Union countries who satisfy various residence requirements may be eligible to have their tuition fees paid by HM Government.
