Inspire Arts Festival Films Premiere

Students from South Staffordshire College are proud to present the Inspire Arts Festival, a showcase of talent and film-making flair, at the Lichfield Garrick Theatre.

The doors open at 6:00 pm with the screenings starting at 7:15 pm.

As last year, there will be two exciting films screened, one a science fiction drama produced by graduating Foundation Degree students, the other a crime drama produced by graduating BSc students.

Tickets can be booked by visiting the Garrick website for £5 each.

Film Synopses

Foundation Degree students present Broken Future
Broken Future tells the tale of a dystopian society where emotion is outlawed. Kayla, an agent in training for the establishment, is inspired by a mysterious book to stop taking her medication just as she is sent to the netherworld to complete a vital mission.

BSc students present Fragile
Fragile is a crime drama following the investigation of a brutal murder in the local park. Inspector Chiltern, an experienced officer of the law, has limited time to interview the lead suspect, Ben Watson and becomes suspicious of the shy and vulnerable suspect’s sudden outbursts.
