In the first instance we would ascertain the key aspects and training needs of the organisation and agree key performance guidelines and expectations.
With the aid of government funding and flexible delivery patterns, our programmes can be tailored to provide a range of skills and knowledge to address your business needs and to enhance staff performance and productivity.
Our training plans follow a pathway through four main stages and would be specifically tailored, in liaison with yourselves, to meet the needs of your organisation.
1. Understanding your needs
Our first objective is to understand fully the training needs of your organisation and to tailor a delivery pattern that maximises the amount of time learners remain at your premises and in work.
2. Designing the right individual learning plan
We will work with the learner to design a training plan including a structrured approach to all aspects of delivery to meet the needs of the individual and the organisation.
3. Review the progress against agreed actions and targets
Throughout the course of the training we will review the learner’s progression against pre-agreed targets. We will schedule our assessment review meetings to ensure that the learner continues to be engaged in the programme and to achieve within the agreed timescales.
4. Transparent, honest, and open feedback of learner, employer and assessor
At each key stage of the learner’s progression through their programme we would look to have a feedback meeting, including all key members of the team, to ensure that progression is being completed in accordance with agreed expectations.
