Vacancy Description: 

Duties to include:

  • Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
  • Arranging travel, visas, accommodation and other events
  • Screening phone calls, requests, dealing with incoming email and post, and handling them
  • Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • Providing support with advertising campaigns in Google Ad Words, FB Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc
  • Actively monitor social media accounts and track engagement metrics to measure success of campaigns and identify opportunities.
  • Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff on a daily basis
  • Any other duties as required.

Working Week: Monday – Friday (30 hours per week)

Training:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration
  • Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT up to Level 2
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills

 

Vacancy Type: Intermediate Apprenticeship

Duration: 15 months

Qualifications: Ideally, candidates will hold GCSE grades A*-C (4-9)  in Maths, English and ICT (or equivalent qualifications).

Skills Required:

  • Team player, with the ability to work on own initiative when required
  • Computer literate using Microsoft Office packages and the Internet
  • Creative, and analytical with the ability to help resolve any problems that arise
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential within this role
  • Experience of working within the field would be advantageous.
