Vacancy Description:  The successful applicant will be involved in all aspects of servicing and repairing garden machinery.

Duties to include:

  • Assembling machinery
  • Testing machinery
  • Cleaning and maintaining the machinery in preparation for repairs
  • Beginning to repair machinery under supervision.

Working Week: Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Training:

  • Level 2 Diploma in Landbased Engineering
  • Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT (if required)

Vacancy Type: Intermediate Level Apprenticeship

Duration: 3 years

  • We are looking for someone with passion for engineering, who enjoys stripping down machinery to understand mechanisms and how things function

Qualifications: Candidates will ideally hold GCSE grades A*-C (4-9) in Maths, English and ICT – or equivalent qualifications.
