Employer Description: We are a small finance brokerage. We arrange for Lease and Hire Purchase agreements for business. We have been in business for 15 years. We are a family run business.

Vacancy Description: Exciting opportunity to work for a small financial brokerage, providing admin support.

Duties to include:

  • Filing
  • Updating database
  • Answering the telephone
  • Updating files
  • Updating customers and suppliers over the telephone and email
  • Sending out suppliers voucher statement
  • Sending out the post
  • Sending finance proposals to finance companies
  • Plus other duties and responsibilities as they progress.

 

Vacancy Location: Poplar Court, 60 Union Street, Cannock, WS11 0BY.

Working Week: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (30 hours per week).

Training:

  • Diploma Level 2 Business Administration
  • Functional Skills in Maths, English and ICT up to Level 2
  • Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR)
  • Personal Learning and Thinking Skills (PLTS)

 

Vacancy Type: Intermediate Apprenticeship

Duration: 18 months

Qualifications: Ideally GCSE Grades A-C in Maths English and ICT or the equivalent.
