The Engineering Department at South Staffordshire College require a Mechanical Engineering Lecturer.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our existing team delivering courses to 14-16s, full-time students and apprentices. The role requires delivery on Btec/Edexcel and City and Guilds courses covering mainly level 2 and 3. The role includes having responsibility for one or more class groups for their progression and tutorial support.
Qualifications desired/essential
Essential
Mechanical Engineering Level 4 or higher qualification
Min 5 years industrial experience in a mechanical engineering profession
Teaching experience
Desirable
Teaching qualification
Assessor qualifications (D32/33, A1 or TAQA)
Verifier qualifications (D34, V1 or TAQA)
