The Creative Media Production department at South Staffordshire College requires a part time lecturer to develop and support the delivery of the journalism, advertising and PR pathway on the BTEC L3 Extended Diploma in Creative Media Production course.

The course is in addition to our TV and film pathway, and is directed towards learners who wish to purse a more print based specialism, alongside the development of transferable skills to support advertising and PR areas of employment.  This also includes supporting the college in house student magazine which the learners write for, in collaboration with the college marketing department.

This is a great opportunity for an inspirational and ambitious teacher with previous experience of teaching on BTEC courses to support this pathway as part of our dedicated and committed team.   You will have a degree in media production or journalism, a full teaching qualification and significant experience of the media industry, in particular, journalism & PR
