South Staffordshire College have a number of hourly paid positions available to support learners in a variety of curriculum areas across all campuses.

 

As a learning support assistant, you will work with learners and teaching staff to provide support and encourage independent learning skills in order to fulfil the learner’s potential.

 

This exciting and challenging role will require you to have the ability to relate to and motivate learners with a range of ages, abilities, socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds.

 

You will be an excellent communicator and have a natural ability to motivate and inspire learners to recognise their goals and aspirations.
