This is an exciting and new opportunity to lead our construction department towards outstanding and to work with our leadership team to ensure excellence in all that we do, in a supportive and energetic environment.  If you are looking for a fresh challenge, a real chance to make your mark and shape the provision that takes us to outstanding then you may well be the person we are looking for.  You will make a major contribution to the delivery agreed purposes whilst underpinning core principles.

 

To be successful, you will have:

 

  • A degree (or equivalent) and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Held a similar role managing construction within FE or a training provider
  • Proven leadership and change management experience.
  • Experience in formulating and implementing strategic and operational plans.
  • Knowledge of sector driven initiatives/Government initiatives and current thinking.
  • A record of successful quality improvement.
  • A highly motivated and committed attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
